Pricing questions
Is VAT included?
Prices shown are starting prices. Your quote shows the exact total before you pay anything.
How do payments work?
For projects: 50% to start and 50% when you approve the finished work. Monthly services are paid at the start of each month. We accept M-Pesa, bank transfer and card.
What affects the final price?
Mostly size: how many pages or products, how much writing we do for you, and which systems we connect. We’ll explain each item in your quote.
Are there hidden costs?
No. The only extras are things you own and pay for directly, like your domain name, hosting or ad budget. We list them upfront.
Do you offer payment plans?
For bigger projects, yes. We can split payments by milestone. Just ask.
